Like regular butter, shea butter is heat sensitive. In temperatures above 80 degrees, it is possible for whipped body butters to melt while in transit. We don't have control over the temperatures that the body butters are exposed to once they've shipped. Therefore, we can't promise that they won't melt between when they are shipped and when they arrive at your door. Please be mindful when ordering, refunds are not granted for melted butters.
